We collect data to enhance your experience, provide essential statistics, and enable progression within the Mod. For server hosts, we gather a unique machine ID (MachineGuid) to differentiate between servers without requiring user login.


Data We Collect


  • IP Addresses: To make your server visible to others.

  • Username: Required for in-game identification.

  • Battlefield 1 Persona ID: Used for statistics and progression tracking.

  • MachineGuid: For server identification.

    • We do not use cookies or other tracking technologies.


    How We Protect Your Data


    Your data is securely stored, and we implement technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or loss.


    Data Sharing


    We share the following data within the Mod community:


  • IP Address: To enable players to connect to your server.

  • Username

  • Battlefield 1 Persona ID

    • We do not share your data with third parties outside the Mod community.


    Data Retention


    We retain user data only as long as it is necessary for the operation of the Mod.


  • Stats and Progression: Battlefield 1 Persona IDs and related statistics are stored to maintain player progress. The date of the last stats update is also saved. Data will be automatically deleted after 2 years of inactivity (e.g., not connecting to a server).

  • Server Hosts: MachineGuids are stored indefinitely unless requested otherwise.

    • Use of Email Addresses


    If you contact us via email, we collect your email address solely to respond to your inquiries. Email addresses will be deleted 7 days after the last correspondence.
